So round 1 is complete today, and I admit my results are less than what they COULD have been, but since I started off not being able to do any push-ups (you'll be doing a lot in Insanity) I'm pretty happy with the results and will start anew sometime next week, recovery week sounds good right about now.
I preface this by saying I can't take pictures from the same angle worth a damn.
Ideally I'd have back as well, and it would all be full body... but whatever.
My calves are freaking awesome now, and my thighs have shrunk down a fair amount.
