I had a problem with them too.
I had ordered three pairs of contacts from them for really no reason, and they arrived just fine. So when I decided to cosplay Saya from Blood + I ordered from them again. I ordered Agent Orange and it took about a week and a half to get them. However, when I opened the packaging, there were orangish cat eye lenses. I called the customer service number multiple times over the next few days and everytime I got a poorly recorded voicemail that wasn't understandable at all. I e-mailed them and they responded that I could no longer send them back because it had been more than TWO days. They send me the wrong contacts and won't make an exception? I will never order from them again.
