Oh my....Let's see if I can stick to this!
I was down to 133lbs but then started going to the gym and focused mainly on weights, and my weight shot up to 144lbs but my waist size stayed the same. Apparently I'm built like my mum and put on muscle easily.
I'm currently at: 144lbs and 28" waist
Goal Weight: 133lbs, or 26" waist
