Working on getting in to shape for Bane from TDKR.
I work out intensely 3 times a week and eat a minimum of 3000 calories a day. I started this ambitious journey three weeks ago at 158 pounds. I just broke 165 pounds and my shirts are feeling tighter in all the right places (chest, back, arms). With my workout and diet, I put on roughly a half a pound a muscle weight a week. Sticking with it, by the time ALA rolls around, I will weigh in 173 pounds (with my current body fat ratio of 8%-10%, but that is likely to change).
