I don't know what you mean by "adult sizes", but there are plenty of gijinka ideas on the web. DeviantArt has quite a few, or just Google "Eevee gijinka" or "Espeon gijinka" for outfit ideas. Also do a search of this site. For these two, ears, tails, tee shirt, and pants or shorts would be easy to put together. You can add matching shoes and red dot for Espeon, or boots and fur collar for Eevee. Good luck!
