Do you have a fabric store in your area? you should take that picture in to them and ask. A 3 musketeer pattern or something along those lines should work for this. Not sure for the long vest. You can make that pattern yourself though out of a sleeveless shirt, tracing it out and making it long..Then adding the collar. Then adding the detail (you have to make this yourself though as I guarantee there are no patterns for them. Then if you want you can sew it to the shirt.
