Hope this is the right place to ask:
I am cosplaying as Lisa Garland from Silent Hill. I ordered a nurse hat and it is basically perfect except for one small problem -- it has a black stripe across the upper portion of it. I'm wondering is there a way I can bleach that black stripe to white to match the rest of the hat?
