I've been on and off with my diet and it slows me down. I'm trying my best not to gain it all back. I CAN DO IT! Although, 8 pounds doesn't seem much, it makes a huge difference. My pants and shirts aren't as tight as they used to be. I have a lot of muscle, too but I still need to lose some.
Keep trying and trying and never give up.
