Full squat, six sets of five, increasing weight from 140 up to 210.
Bench 3x10 at 140.
Rows 3x10 at 85 (I totally forgot these even existed until today).
3x10 Decline situps with a 45 pound weight.
...Then some stretching and bagwork.
Also, I probably biked 70-ish miles over the last three days exploring chicago. Turns out, Chicago is really big.
