Yeck, I was reminded why Dad doesn't buy most meat from the grocery store (we get most of our cuts from an actual butcher shop, with the exceptions of pork loins, cottage roll and chicken breasts). We slow-cooked a pork roast and good god, half the damn thing was fat.
