Monday:
10 minute cardio

Phase 1:
90 lb (45 in each hand) dumbbell chest press - 2 sets, 20 reps
40 lb (20 in each hand) dumbbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 20 reps
30 crunches

Phase 2:
100 lb (50 in each) dumbbell chest press - 2 sets, 12 reps
80 lb (40 in each) dumbbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 12 reps
30 crunches

Phase 3:
135 lb barbell chest press - 2 sets, 12 reps
75 lb barbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 12 reps
165 lb barbell chest press - 2 sets, 10 reps
80 lb barbell bicep curls - 2 sets, 10 reps
hanging knee raises - 8 sets, 12 reps

In other news, put on one of my shirts monday morning after my post-workout shower and split it open down the back when i tried to put on my socks. Feels good, man!
