Keep at it! I helped a friend of mine lose 100 pounds in a year. He was quite literally a new person, people did not recognize him! Lose the weight, and lose it safely as others have said, you've come this far, you will go the distance. And remember to have incremental goals...you have your ultimate goal, but break it up into manageable intermediate ones.
