I"m having the same problem with the icons, when I added a new costume it uploaded fine, but the one I edited didn't change. Neither did my profile icon, and I'm not sure until I post this if my forum icon has changed. Where/when do you use CTRL F5, does it matter what page you're on? It didn't seem to change anything for me, so its possible there's another error.

Edit: My forum icon changed, but the others are still stuck it seems.
