Yes a fitness motivational group! I like it, count me in. The one thing I have learned (when i used to see a personal trainer) is that cardio is the best way to burn fat. For me I'm a hard gainer in both weight and muscle. The best workouts that showed result for me is free weights. I also eat before the workout because (I can't remember why but I learned this in Lifetime fitness and wellness) but it keeps you from burning the good calories. I also eat nuts after my work out to help refuel and help my body get a jump start on building muscles.
