That's nothing compared to French. "Qu'est-ce que c'est" translates literally as "What is it that it is?" But all the French people I know say "qu'est-ce que c'est ša?" or "what is it that it is, that?" Talk about being redundantly redundant!
They also get stupidly exact... like.. to say I want a cheese omelette it's I want the omelette of cheese.
