At first I think it's a little strange, for example, sometimes I see girls cosplaying Luffy and Ace. Usually they will wear bra and that really sucks. But now I think it's ok, as cosplay is kinda thing for fun. If girls or boy crossplay just for their favorite figures, why not accept?
