Comedic mini-fight scene

My friends and I are Fem!Ranma Saotome, Akane Tendo, and Ryoga Hibiki cosplayers from Ranma 1/2 (respectively), and they're always fighting and screwing up in the manga while Akane tries to be the arbiter, so we thought it would be fun to make an amusing mini-fight scene skit of sorts -- we may not even end up performing it at a con (we are a cosplay group, so we just wanted to have that under our belts anyhow.)

But what I'm worried about -- what is general criteria for fight scenes? As I mentioned, it's more a comedy thing than a general "ass-kicking" fight, and just as preliminary prediction (because we've only got about 1/3 of the scene choreographed), it's probably going to last a little over three minutes between the small part of pre-fight bickering and the actual fighting.

So, does anyone have any general tips or no-no's as far as fight scenes go?
