Cool, I'm in! Holidays are here, need to keep better track so I don't blow up!

Weight: 163.0, +3lb from last weigh-in. =(

For this thread, my goal is to lose 5 lbs to get to 158lbs (we have three weeks, right? Little over one lb per week!)
