I have a wall of inspirational pictures. I think of all the fun things I want to do when I get healthy (I'm not overweight, but have been recovering from poor health). Also, listening to music helps.

And I work at place that has access to a lot of documentaries on obesity and such, and they're really good motivators. Anybody see Weight of the Nation. Amazing series, and really motivating.
