The who review thing is kinda a moot issue at this point anyways.
You know, for the longest time I thought the saying was "mute point." Logically, it made sense because it could be interpreted as the point has no "voice" and is therefore not significant or worth pursuing. That was just one of my many "Rugrats" moments.
I will say that many businesses trade favors or services instead of money and it doesn't make them any less professional.
