I want to keep people motivated right here in this thread. That's what I'm going to do. Even if I'm not currently doing Insanity!

My DDP Yoga is progressing along quite nicely, I've got more balance and flexibility, and a couple of clothing items fit better as well.

Still only midway through week 5 though... diet is improving somewhat.

I'll show some results later.
