I ordered over a month ago during the sale and my order is still not shipped out. (The tracking number says "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 02, 2012 to expect your package for mailing.") There is no explanation or communication of why there is a delay. I've emailed them a few weeks ago but there was no response. It looks like they don't even read or respond to email.

This is not the first time cosplay.com did this to me. The same thing happened in March/April earlier this year. I should have known better to order again. I feel like there is a big issue with lack of communication and orders being overlooked. I mean, if it happened only once, you can just say it's a simple mistake. We all make mistakes, that's understandable. But if it happens again and I am hearing of it happening to many other people at the same time, that means there's an actual problem with the system and nothing has been done to fix it.

I've had plenty of mistakes with my orders from Arda Wigs and Epic Cosplay, but the difference is that they respond very quickly through email (sometimes even with in an hour) and my issue is fixed right away. I wish I could say the same for cosplay.com shopping.
