I should start going on saturdays more often, it's quieter in the gym

Barbell Squat:
80 kg x 7 reps
80 kg x 7 reps
80 kg x 7 reps

Working up to birthday squats.

Barbell Bench Press:
50 kg x 6 reps
50 kg x 6 reps
50 kg x 6 reps

Clean and Jerk
60kg x 3 reps
60kg x 3 reps
60kg x 3 reps
60kg x 3 reps
70kg x 1 rep
