Trying hard to improve my Hwoarang cosplay

What I'm doing:
about an hour of b-ball each time I'm able
Reps of 15 lb weights (note that I'm under 16)
Bicycle sit ups about 50 each time
Calf Raises- Reps until they burn
Every once a week
What I plan to do:
turn every week into everyday =))))
