You don't have to cosplay as a Hetalia character to attend the gathering! You're more than welcome to observe the gathering, since most gatherings are open as long as nobody interferes with them (i.e. flash mob in the way, photobombing) Can't wait to see your interesting "personified" cosplay! ^^ Are you cosplaying as a different nation?
