yup, here it is:

This pattern is dated 1978, the "size 10" (HA!) is 32 1/2" bust, 25" waist.
This pattern has no zipper at all, it's semi fitted and the bow is structural, it actually gathers up the back some when you tie it. it has the right lines though, PM me if you are interested.
