It's a little disheartening to realize that I started to really try and lose weight 5 years ago and have only really just now started to push 60 pounds lost. But at the same time it's exciting because I've lost 58 pounds, and have been able to keep it off. I don't know what to feel, really. And this was all diet and sleep changes. Very little of it was added, intentional exercise.
I guess it's not too bad. I don't have any plans to attend any cons at the moment (money issues) so I'm in no real rush, but I don't have that extra push, either. Maybe this year I'll find that extra push I need to kick my butt into high gear.
