Hello! I have been trying to lose weight for quite some time and I haven't been losing any. It has come to my attention that I DO NOT eat in moderation. I eat healthy, but I just eat too much food and half the time I just eat because I need something to chew or taste. Does anyone have any suggestions on cutting back? I believe the right portion of food we are supposed to have is about the same size as our fist.
Keep trying and trying and never give up.
