Yes, I have missed a deadline here and there. Do I do it on purpose? Absolutely not. I have every intention of keeping my deadlines and or sending out my product. I never wish to rush anything or make anything of poor quality either. And in some cases, where a deadline draws close I'll even try to express mail it.

I keep in contact with everyone I work with, either with updates or progress pictures and I am thankful for those who are understanding and patient. And if I can't email everyone back, I'll post an update on my facebook page in regards to current commissions and what's on the list to mail out.

Our last email was in fact from me to you and most of our emails have been in a timely manner (there was the couple of weeks or so when we moved where we didn't have internet set up, in which I temporarily added tethering services to my phone plan so that I can respond to emails and let everyone know what was going on.) Anyone who is currently working with me knows that a couple deadlines have been missed (which I have apologized and given compensation for - i.e. not charge shipping or the full amounts for) in the fall because I had surgery right after my last email to you - which I could have scanned documents of for anyone who wanted them.

I don't find missing deadlines entirely excusable but things do come up and happen and my reviews here, Etsy and on ebay prove that I am in good standing with people (which can be found in my commissioning thread in my signature because I can't post them here for some reason). And if anyone has a problem, they are free to bring it up with me - I am more than happy to discuss them and reach an agreement to settle them. I most certainly avoided sending a few things out in December since what I did send out arrived damaged.
