I've having some issue with dyeing this fax Fur

To dye to Raspberry pink to match this wig.

I've tried the dye method but I's mess up the texture of the fur. Not sleek anymore just puffy as hell though even with brushing.

I'll be trying the permanent market option next for wig dye but I wanted to see if there was any other options?
