It's a little disheartening to realize that I started to really try and lose weight 5 years ago and have only really just now started to push 60 pounds lost. But at the same time it's exciting because I've lost 58 pounds, and have been able to keep it off. I don't know what to feel, really. And this was all diet and sleep changes. Very little of it was added, intentional exercise.
I think that is actually really good! The fact that you were able to keep it off is awesome, and really, losing weight slowly is healthier and more likely to be maintainable (less likely to gain it back) so really it is a good thing. So, good job!
