I'm in the same boat. I ate relatively well, but I ate a lot. I probably ate the same as a football player, which while I danced 5 hours a day 6 days a week was fine, but once I quit became a huge problem. I've just begun eating in moderation. I just get one serving of food at home, eat it, wait 10-15 minutes and only then if I'm still hungry will I get something else.
