I'm altering the breast plate so I can actually wear this in public lol.
I eat fruit when I crave sweets or limit the dessert. I STOP eating when I'm full. But never ever starve yourself! I've also been using my 360 kinect 4/7 days of the week. It's all been working for me. I've dropped close to 35lbs since three years ago. Yay!
