I loved a brand that now doesn't exist anymore (I don't remember the name now) that had an excellent dark chocolate, not too sweet, not too bitter, with small lumps of cocoa. It was the best for "casual" consumption.

some very good ones I discovered recently are from a chocolate shop in Perugia (Italy), a city which has chocolate as one of it traditional products. My favourites are white chocolate with powdered vanilla pods mixed in, dark chocolate+brown sugar, dark chocolate+hot pepper powder and milk chocolate with guarana, gingseng, cinnamon, hot pepepr and a couple of other spices (the flavours are very subtle and mix well with the sweetness of the milk chocolate). I go to their shop once a year and come back with at least a dozen tablets!
