Re:Hotels
There are still rooms available at the delta - we put more into our block if anyone is dying to stay in the same hotel.
The other hotel, The Best Western is right across the street and was our home our first two years so their accommodations are quite nice and they have a lower room cost to compensate for the 5 minute walk :P
sweet_kat22 - not sure which your situation is but you can also volunteer to help pay for a pass at the con assuming transportation and accommodation isn't an issue
