Can I jump in on this? I need more people to yell at me if I haven't done my routine for the day. Last year I lost roughly 50lbs and started to slack off near the end of the year due to an injury, now I'm having a hard time getting back into my routine every day. So, yeah, need people to yell at me or something.

I've been using Fitocracy to track all my work outs and weight loss. It doesn't have all the graphing stuff some other sites have, but it functions like an RPG with leveling up, challenges(quests), and I guess you can challenge people to duels where at the end of the week your total earned points are compared? It's pretty easy to setup a group on the site, so if you all are interested I could make one on there/someone could for organized yelling/motivational speeches?

And I just ate a bunch of nuts last night. I had a craving for something crunchy that wasn't lettuce.
