Haven't posted here in awhile, figure it's about time to get all sorts of crazy up in here.
Starting weight: 310
Goal: 220 by May 31st for Denver Comic Con
Now before we all start to freak out about gaining twenty pounds. I enjoy being a bigger guy so I've put almost twenty pound of muscles (21 inch biceps without fleeeeexing). I still got too much of a gut though so I'm turning my back on weight lifting and going for a pure cardio approach to ditch my flab.
