I think this one's fairly close as well: Slade from Teen Titans. He's got a ton of armour, and so I'm going to do the papercraft method, and then papier mache the underside of the pieces, since there's SO much armour. I might use a layer of the cooked kind of a papier mache and then use a layer of the glue kind, since I'm surprised at how strong the glue kind is -- I used it for my Slade mask just because I didn't want to have to bother with cooking the other kind, but duuuude. It actually gets really hard.
