I don't mind at all! It's pretty flattering to tell you the truth, especially if it's another cosplayer who wants to take a picture with you. The only way I would find it creepy, is if they decided to get too close into my personal bubble. Or if they request for me to do a provocative pose with them. That would be a no bueno.
