Moreso about eating the right things, and doing good cardio. Like rndmguy said; you can't spot reduce on your body, but you can try your best to reduce as much fat, and work on creating quality muscles in those areas! I'd say work on finding a good, healthy diet and work on jogging or biking- both great forms of cardio!
