You can use MyFitnessPal to keep track of calories~ It's free. You can also input what exercises you do, and it will calculate how many calories you need to eat to achieve your goal in a certain amount of time.
Idk, I think it depends on how long you're skateboarding, but in general maybe it's better to err on the side of more cardio.
