I'm sorry, for those who won't be able to gather at 2:45. We are going to go for that time since that is when most people are available. Thanks for responding everyone!

I say that we all meet up by the gazebo. Since we are a small group we shouldn't have any problems. If we need to move somewhere else because of crowds in that area we can do so once we are all assembled. Is that cool with everyone?
