Considering you skate hours a day, I'd say your leg muscles may be too big? Do you do a lot of stretches? Stretching lengthens muscles and you'll appear smaller and less "toned" without losing your muscle mass.

Unfortunately, some people just have large legs. If nothing works, join the club :C
