Try the keto diet! I was super skeptical at first (I hate any named diet typically, they all sound like trendy fad crap to me) but you feel AMAZING on it after a week or so of adjusting to it and you will for sure lose weight. I lost 8 pounds in about 2 weeks without even doing exercise (though exercise is important, I just hadn't had time). It burns fat for energy instead of carbs so it's scientifically just a fat demolisher. Check out if you need more help with it!
