exercises for waist/tummy and also legs
so I am gonna cosplay as Black rock shooter this year,(around july 20,2013) And I want to lose around 10-115 pounds. my weight goes between 126 to 130 all the time, I used to be 115 and wish to be that weight again...
any tips of exercises mainly for the waist/tummy, and also ways to tone up your thighs?
