Hey that seems like a pretty reasonable goal.The best exercises for abs imo are hanging leg raises and either weighted crunchs or cable crunchs.The best way to workout your legs over all is squats or any alternative to squats.The quickest way to lose fat though and gain muscle all over to make your cosplays look the best is lifting weights.Keep in mind what your goals are if you want to lose weight then cut calories accordingly, if you need any more help with the specifics just ask here or on face book.http://www.facebook.com/pages/Fit-DB...3640255?ref=hl
