It's not too hard to find your way around. In terms of sheer size, MegaCon doesn't spread six city blocks like like Dragon*Con; it's mostly self-contained within the convention center, with the exception of some of the extracurricular activities like the after-hours parties.

The convention center has two main buildings: The West building, on the west side of International Drive, and the North-South building which is on the ... east side .. of International Drive? Makes perfect sense, right? Anyway, MegaCon is all contained within the West building; however, if you're driving in, you may have to park at the North/South building and take the shuttle across the street. Or walk.

Once you're in the West building, it's not too hard to find your way around. The main halls are A, B, C, D, E; I believe MegaCon is all going to be in D and E, with panels and activities in the surrounding meeting rooms.
