Sakuracon was last weekend and I didn't workout while I was there, though all that walking was probably more than enough, also not eating much. I'm not worried about gaining.

I took Monday off to recover since I was sore from costumes and EXHAUSTED

Though it's time to really focus on diet and workout. I am going to start splitting my workouts and do arms, shoulders, and chest one day and legs and back another.

Tuesday:
25 minutes on the treadmill 2.6 miles
Dips 3x8: 128 lbs, 128 lbs, 128 lbs
bicep curles 3x8: 15lbs,15lbs, 15lbs
Vertical Raise 3x8: 8 lbs, 8 lbs, 5 lbs
Lateral Raise 3x8: 8 lbs, 8 lbs, 5 lbs
Shoulder Press 3x8: 15 lbs, 15 lbs, 15 lbs
triceps dips: 20 with both feet straight and on the ground, 16 with one leg raised (switching legs after 8) x2
Pushups 2x10 (my arms were so dead when I was done)

~40 minutes total

A bench bar wasn't open while I was there but I don't know if I could have done any with proper form since my arms were so dead when I was done. I could hardly do my second set of push ups let alone a 3rd. I will do bench next time I work on chest and arms
