Just got back from my 5 mile run. Fastest average pace I've done in a while, which felt great. Now I've got to get my diet back under control. I was doing very well for a long time, but the last few weeks have not been so great. Gotta pick it back up and remember how important my goals are. Still got 10 pounds to go by bathing suit season. And although the exercise is there, it won't get me to my goal without the diet piece. Back to it!
