Well, it sounds to me like you're well on your way. As long as you're consciously working on it, there's no need to stress. I'm sorry that happened though.

Ranmt first ever half marathon today, and thought I'd have a weigh-in to see how it's going. Would love to lose 6 more pounds by Animazement (end of May). We'll see!
